The Great Outdoors charcoal smoker is a great little unit if
anyone wants to have different kinds of
smoked meat. It is suitable for the
smoking of beef pieces, whole chickens or other poultry, many kinds of fish,
sections of pork and many other types of meat.
It is a very good size with a capacity that can take up to two large sized
turkeys of around forty pounds total. It has a heavy duty pan for the charcoal
used for smoking, and the water pan is porcelain coated, with the steel cabinet

covered area which is suitable. When using charcoal for smoking the best kind
may be the real charcoal without any clay fillers, the other commercial types
